4.  Closing the Deal- Reviewing buyers' offers and negotiating a deal is a big part of the process of selling and, ultimately,  closing on your home.  Prepare for appraisals and inspections.  Make sure all appropriate documents are signed, all requisite documents are ordered and ready for close.
